Initiate Return:

Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
